Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2026

1. Agreement

By signing up for KnowledgeHub you ("Customer") agree to these Terms with ZigMax Digital ("ZigMax"). These Terms govern your use of the KnowledgeHub software, hosted infrastructure, integrations and support services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Subscription & fees

KnowledgeHub is a managed service with a one-off setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription, billed in advance. Fees are listed at zigmaxdigital.com/products/knowledgehub/pricing. We may change pricing on 60 days' notice; existing subscriptions are not affected within their current term.

3. Term & cancellation

No long-term contract. Subscriptions renew month-to-month and can be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup has begun.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for: keeping login credentials secure; the accuracy and legality of content you upload or connect; obtaining consent from anyone whose data you process; complying with all applicable laws including privacy and copyright.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use KnowledgeHub to host illegal content, attempt to breach security controls, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape the Service, or resell access without a written reseller agreement.

6. Data & ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or connect. You grant ZigMax a limited licence to host, process and index that content solely to provide the Service. We will not use your content or queries to train any AI model. You can export your data as JSON at any time during your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation.

7. Service levels

We target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance). Support is provided business hours AEST, Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". AI answers are generated from your content and may contain errors; you remain responsible for verifying important decisions. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZigMax disclaims all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

ZigMax's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. ZigMax is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
