In testing — early access only

How your records are kept safe

Writing down how your business's technology works is only sensible if that record is handled properly. Here's exactly how we handle it — including the parts we haven't built yet.

We don't store your passwords

TechHub records who has access to an account and whose name it sits under. It never asks for, or holds, the password itself. Keep those in a password manager.

Encrypted and access-controlled

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are only reachable by people signed in to your business's record.

Only your business and us

Your record is visible to your team and to the ZigMax people working with you. It is never shared with anyone else or used for anything but your work.

Kept deliberately boring

The record holds ownership, dates, notes and relationships — not card numbers, not customer data, not credentials. Less sensitive information means less risk.

You can have a copy anytime

Ask and we'll hand over your full record in a readable format. It's your business's information, not ours.

You can have it deleted

If you stop working with us, say the word and the record is removed. We'll confirm when it's done.

What we can't claim yet

TechHub is in private testing. These are genuinely not in place, and we'd rather say so than let you assume they are:

  • Formal certification such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2
  • A published uptime guarantee
  • Per-section permissions inside your team
  • Self-serve account controls
