What's inside TechHub
TechHub isn't software you have to learn. It's a written record of the technology your business runs on, kept current by us. Here's exactly what goes in it — and what's still being built.
Technology register
Every tool, subscription and system the business actually uses — what it's for, who pays for it and roughly what it costs each month.
Example: Harbour & Co. has 14 tools listed. Two were being paid for twice.
Access and ownership
Who can get into what, and whose name the account sits under. No passwords are stored — just the record of who holds access.
Example: The domain was in a former bookkeeper's personal account. Now it's noted and fixed.
Renewals and key dates
Domains, hosting, licences, certificates and subscriptions with their dates written down in one place.
Example: Hosting renews 14 March. The SSL certificate expires a week earlier.
How things connect
A plain picture of what feeds what — so you can see what else is affected when one thing stops working.
Example: Quotes flow into the job system, which pushes invoices into accounting.
Setup notes
Short, readable notes on how each thing is configured, written for an owner rather than a developer.
Example: How the enquiry form reaches the inbox, in five sentences.
The improvement list
The agreed list of what's worth tidying, fixing or automating next, in priority order with honest costs.
Example: Three items this quarter: duplicate subscription, stale logins, manual invoice entry.
Examples use a fictional business, Harbour & Co., not a real client record.
Working in testing today, and what's planned

You don't maintain it — we do
The record is kept current as part of working with us. When a tool changes, someone joins or leaves, or a renewal comes around, it gets written down. It isn't another system for you to keep on top of.
